Their mum Deveca Rose appeared at the Old Bailey today charged with four counts of manslaughter.
The 29-year-old is also accused of and cruelty to a child under the age of 16.
The charge states she allegedly “ill treated, neglected or exposed” the children “in a manner likely to cause unnecessary suffering or injury to health”.
Rose was not asked to enter pleas but a provisional trial date was set for September 2.
She was granted conditional bail to next appear at the same court on March 8.
Rose had allegedly left the children alone when the fire erupted just nine days before Christmas.
Firefighters managed to get the four kids out of the burning home and they were given CPR at the scene before being taken to hospital.
Sadly the brothers couldn’t be saved and were later declared dead.
The boys’ dad Dalton Hoath, 28, previously said they were “bright, caring, loveable boys but most of all sons, brothers, grandsons, great-grandsons, nephews and cousins.”
He added: “We would like to thank all the emergency services who did so much to try and save our boys, and also the local community who have come together at this difficult time.
“They will be forever in my heart and thoughts, love Dad.”
