A WOMANS body was found in a body of water this morning with police probing her “unexplained death.”
Police were called to Bilston, Birmingham after the woman’s body was discovered in a pool of water.

The discovery was made around 9am today, May 9 at a body of water off Prouds Lane in Bilston.
Efforts were made to save the woman but she was sadly pronounced dead a short time later.
The woman’s death is being treated as unexplained with cops launching enquiries.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called to an incident at the junction of Moseley Road and Prouds Lane in Bilston at 9.03am and sent two ambulances, two paramedic officers, our Hazardous Area Response Team and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Cosford to the scene.
“On arrival, crews found a woman in a critical condition and immediately began administering advanced life support.
“Sadly, nothing could be done to save her and she was confirmed deceased at the scene.”
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “The body of a woman was found in a pool off Prouds Lane, Bilston, at around 9am.
“We attended along with the fire service and paramedics but the woman was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
“Her death is currently being treated as unexplained as we continue enquiries to establish what has happened.
