MULTIPLE victims have been shot in the lobby of a New Hampshire hospital, police say.
State police said troopers have responded to the scene at New Hampshire Hospital in Concord, the state’s capital.

The shooting scene has been contained and state police confirmed at 4:40 pm that the suspect is dead.
“The scene remains active,” the Homeland Security and Emergency Management office said via X, formerly Twitter.
The total number of victims has not yet been confirmed.
The nature of the injuries is also not clear.
New Hampshire Hospital is a psychiatric hospital that deals with patients struggling with mental illness.
Inpatient services are offered to help stabilize and support those who need it.
All visitors are required to go through metal detectors, and there is always a police officer on duty.
The hospital which has 184 psychiatric beds is run by the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.
Concord is located about 70 miles northwest of Boston, Massachusetts.
