TENNIS fans are over the moon to see a smile back on Emma Raducanu’s face after her stalker hell.

The former US Open champion broke down in tears last month when she noticed an obsessive fan in the stands of her second-round match at the Duty Free Tennis Championships in Dubai.

The man had followed the 22-year-old to FOUR different resorts in three countries and approached her in a cafe the day before the match.

Raducanu was determined not to let the scary situation stop her from competing at Indian Wells in California next week.

The Brit has been refamiliarising herself with both stadiums in her practice sessions, one of which she was taking pointers from Tommy Haas.

And she was all smiles after the session with the retired German-American, much to the delight of tennis fans.

After seeing a photo of the pair beaming on the court, one wrote on X: “Nice to see her smiling.”

Another said: “Great to see Emma’s smiling.”

And another said: “Happy to see her smiling.”

One remarked: “This is this year, shes happy and hitting already.”

Another chimed in: “Truly lovely to see Emma, arrived early Thurs, practising with the TD Tommy Haas. Yes everyone move on she is fine!”

Raducanu managed to compose herself after her stalker was ejected from the stands but still ended up being dumped out by Karolina Muchova.

She said in a statement: “Thank you for the messages of support.

“Difficult experience yesterday but I’ll be okay and proud of how I came back and competed despite what happened at the start of the match.

“Thank you to Karolina for being a great sport and best of luck to her for the rest of the tournament.”
