But the convicted paedo, 42, has now moved out of the marital home after having an affair with a 27-year-old bakery assistant, Mail Online reports.
It is the second time Forrest, who is now living with his brother and sister-in-law nearby, has been dumped after his first wife split with when he was jailed.
His second partner refused to comment on the relationship breakdown when she was approached by the publication.
But a source claimed Forrest had repeatedly told his younger lover that he was planning to leave his wife.
She had no clue of his dark past and it is not clear if they are still in a relationship.
It is understood she has since left the bakery, which is owned by his cousins.
The Sun previously revealed how Forrest had been sacked from another bakery job after his bosses discovered his past crimes.
It revealed his dark past had come “as a shock” to the “close knit team” in a statement on social media.
The bakery added: “Since learning of the sensitive nature of this employee’s history, it was mutually agreed that it was in the best interest of Gilda that his employment was terminated with immediate effect.”
A bio on the business‘ website before he was sacked told how Forrest “loves his dogs and a sing-song”.
It added: “(Jeremy) is proudly a 5th generation baker, learning everything he knows from the experienced bakers that have passed down their tried and tested methods.
“He was promoted to Head Baker, thanks to his extraordinary passion for sourdough, hard work and commitment.
“He never stops learning about the process, care and attention that goes into making the perfect loaf.”
The bio did not mention his teaching career and instead said he spent most of his working life at his family bakery.
Forrest sparked an international manhunt in 2012 when he fled the country with the 15-year-old schoolgirl.
The UK search came to a halt after CCTV footage was released of them embracing on a ferry from Dover to Calais.
The married teacher, then aged 30, was recognised by a barman in Bordeaux, France, when he applied for a job.
Forrest, who is originally from Inverurie in Aberdeenshire, was convicted of child abduction and five counts of sexual activity with a child.
He was jailed the following year for five-and-a-half years at Lewes Crown Court.
Forrest, who had to sign the sex offenders register for life, was released from prison after serving half his sentence.
