A PENSIONER has been charged with murder after a man in his 70s was found dead in a block of flats.
Peter Kindell, 80, has been arrested and charged following the gruesome discovery in Buckinghamshire on January 3.

Cops were called at around 4.20pm to the block of flats in in Silverdale Close, Aylesbury.
Tragically, the man in his 70s found with serious injuries and died at the scene.
Pictures reveal the events unfolding as cops rush to the flats after receiving a phone call.
Emergency vehicles parked up outside the property on Silverdale Close using police tape to close off the area.
A forensic van was also stationed at the crime scene with team members dressed in white.
Cops erected a blue tent at the site to protect critical areas.
Kindell has also been charged with count of possession of an offensive weapon in public, and one count of possession of a bladed article in public.
He is due to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court later.
The next of kin of the man who was killed have been informed and are bein supported by specially trained officers, according to Thames Valley Police.
Cops also revealed the two pensioners were known to each other.
Senior investigating officer Det Insp Nick Hind said: “We are confident that there is no wider risk to the community at this time and I would urge anybody who has any concerns to please speak to any of our officers at the scene.”
