The woman took to TikTok to share to hundreds of followers the interior of her little home.

She lives in a 193ft shed outside a residential road away from the rowdy city.

Martina said: “It’s right next to a main road so there is water, electricity.”

The reduced space away from noisy neighbours means she doesn’t need to splash thousands of pounds in mortgage or rent each month.

The shed boasts a large double bed with a small window facing a garden.

Footage shows a lovely living room with a luxurious fire place next to a dining table.

Martina then shows a space used as a kitchen – which includes a sizeable sink, fridge, oven and even washing machine.

The toilet fits a large shower and a small toilet.

The “lovely” wooden house is decorated in a rustic-style with plants all around her home.

The video has amassed hundreds of views and nearly 1,400 likes from fellow users.

Dozens of people rushed to the comment section to share their first impressions.

Many were left in shock at the polished and “cosy” interior of the tiny home.

One user said: “That’s not a shed, that’s a Palace. Absolutely lovely.”

Another added: “Very cool. I’d live somewhere like this in a heart beat.”

On a different TikTok post, she showed users the incredible garden surrounding her property.

The video is part of a series of other videos Martina posts her adventurous nomadic lifestyle across the world.

Another couple who live off-grid in a luxury shed they bought for just £5,000 say they don’t pay rent and have zero debts.

John and Fin Kernohan sold all their belongings to move into their new tiny home, having come together in an internet romance.

The pair met online in 2010 and fell for each other despite the 4,000-mile distance between them, before marrying in 2012.

Meanwhile, a woman unable to get a mortgage is turning her parents’ garden shed into a luxury one-bedroom house worth £450,000.

Isobel Perl, 28, left London when she lost her job at KPMG and set up her own cosmetics company while living at her parents.

She then converted a garden shed next to her parents’ house into a home and splashed £10,000 in transformations.
