PhD student, 30, admits drugging and sexually assaulting three women as cops find sick photos, leather straps & syringes

A PHD student has confessed to drugging, tying up and sexually assaulting three women. Sizhe Weng, 30, also allegedly took taking disturbing photos of their unconscious bodies in a series of attacks spanning several years.
