Police confirm identity of human remains found on banks of Loch Lomond

POLICE have confirmed the identity of the human remains which were found on the banks of Loch Lomond.

The grim discovery was made around 12.40pm on Saturday near Firkin Point, one of the loch’s most popular picnic and camping areas.

Emergency services were called to the scene after a member of the public made the horror find.

Officers have now confirmed that the remains have been identified as belonging to Graham Wright.

The 38-year-old man had previously been reported missing from Glasgow.
