A PROMOTER of Islamic terrorism is being allowed to stay in Britain despite posting execution videos on Facebook.
An immigration judge ruled the Syrian man, 43, does not pose a public threat and granted his appeal against a Home Office bid to scrap his refugee status.

The unnamed married dad of three won it after seeking asylum in 2014.
But he was jailed for two years for circulating a terrorist publication.
Tribunal judges deemed his crimes serious enough to axe refugee status but decided not to, claiming he was not a threat to the public.
The Home Secretary lost an appeal after senior Judge Gemma Loughran backed the lower court.
Tory MP Sir Alec Shelbrooke said: “If the judge doesn’t think this man’s a threat maybe it’s the judge that’s the threat.
“How bad do these cases have to get before judges begin protecting the public? This madness has to stop.”
The Home Office is still contesting the case.
The Home Office said last night: “We have been clear that we do not agree with this judgment and are doing everything in our power to continue contesting this case.
“We strongly believe this individual, with a criminal conviction for circulating terrorist content, should not retain their refugee status in the UK.
“National security and the safety of the British public is the first duty of government, and we remain resolute in our commitment to ensuring foreign criminals are not free on Britain’s streets.
“This includes removal from the UK wherever possible, at the earliest possible opportunity.”
