VLADIMIR Putin has been spotted with a mystery dark blotch on his forehead as rumours of his “cancer and failing health” continue to swirl.
The Russian tyrant was seen with the unexplained red patch just under his hairline as he marked his newly declared Day of Reunification.

He vowed to claim full victory in illegally incorporating Ukrainian regions into Russia as he pledged “nothing and no one” would stop him.
Putin – 71 next week – addressed his people as Ukraine staged a kamikaze drone strike that knocked out power for a swathe of the Russian border region Bryansk.
An electricity substation went up in flames after an explosion when the drone hit near the village of Pogar.
Other explosions hit in the area of administrative buildings.
Regional governor, Alexander Bogomaz, confirmed “the power supply was disrupted”.
Putin marked the anniversary of the day he illegally incorporated the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk people’s republics into Russia along with parts of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, which he hailed as “a defining and truly historic event”.
All are legally part of a sovereign Ukraine under international law.
Putin said he acted to restore “something every person values, namely culture, traditions, and mother tongue” among mainly Russian-speaking people.
This was “everything that was loathed by nationalists and their Western patrons who orchestrated a coup in Kyiv in 2014 and then unleashed a full-scale civil war and terror against dissenters and organised blockades, constant shelling, and punitive actions in Donbas”.
Seeking to justify his war, he vowed: “Nothing and no one can break the will of millions of people or their belief in truth and historical justice.
“The free and unequivocal choice of our brothers and sisters was wholeheartedly supported by the Russian people.
“We understood and deeply felt the most important thing: by defending our compatriots in Donbas and Novorossiya, we are defending Russia itself.
“Together, we are fighting for the Motherland, for our sovereignty, spiritual values, unity, and victory.
“I thank all the citizens of the country for this solidarity and patriotism.”
Despite plunging Russia and Ukraine into a debilitating 19-month war in which hundreds of thousands have perished, the dictator claimed he was “building our common future together, rebuilding and building schools and hospitals, housing and roads, museums and memorial sites”.
Putin thanked people in the newly-grabbed regions “for preserving and passing on your love for the Fatherland to your children despite all the trials”.
He claimed: “Thanks to you, your fortitude and determination, Russia has become even stronger.
“We are one people, and together we can overcome anything and meet any challenge.”
He spoke with the mysterious red mark on his forehead, as viewers continued to speculate about the President’s decline in health.
Rumours that Putin may be suffering from pancreatic and thyroid cancer, as well as Parkinson’s, have spread, as eagle-eyed viewers have noticed his trembling hands and bloated face in previous public appearances.
In footage of the tyrant greeting Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko at the Kremlin in 2022, he can be spotted with violently shaking hands and weak buckling knees.
Other appearances during the invasion of Ukraine have shown him gasping for breath, tripping over his words, and looking worn out.
But his alleged health struggles hit a new low in December when it emerged that he apparently soiled himself during a fall at his official residence.
Putin was then reportedly guided to a nearby sofa by bodyguards as his personal doctors dashed to assist him.
The president was also pictured with suspected track marks on the back of his hand – following rumours he had been undergoing IV treatment for cancer.
Last year footage showed the dishevelled President gripping a table and tapping his foot in video footage that Kremlin watchers claimed showed a drastic decline in his physical state.
Observers at the time said the isolated tyrant seemed “feeble and barely able to hold himself upright” in his chair as he briefed his defence chief Sergei Shoigu on the siege of Mariupol.
Putin can be seen in the footage with a bloated face while slouching in his chair.
His foot also appears to be constantly tapping the floor as his hand grips the edge of the table firmly for the entirety of the 12-minute meeting.
Experts told The Sun Online at the time said how this appearance by Vlad was “not the portrait of a healthy Putin”.
Professor Erik Bucy, a body language expert from Texas Tech University, told The Sun Online at the time: ” It’s an astonishingly weakened Putin compared to the man we observed even a few years ago.
“An able-bodied president would not need to keep himself propped up with a hand held out for leverage and would not be concerned about keeping both feet planted on the ground.”
Telegram channel General SVR – which claims to be fed information by a Kremlin insider – has been making unverified claims since the start of the war on the warlord’s health.
The channel claimed in April that the dictator was getting sicker: “He practically ate nothing and periodically complained of pain in the abdomen, coming bouts of nausea.
“After taking the medicine, for a while, the symptoms disappeared.
“Putin, although he spends time at the residence on weekends, is almost constantly in bunker-type premises, fearing possible air strikes.”
Experts have also previously pointed out that Putin looks “bloated” and “weakened” in some of his public appearances and has even been seen by a doctor who specialises in Thyroid cancer.
In emails seen by The Sun Online in November 2022, a Russian intelligence source close to the Kremlin seemed to confirm that Putin had been diagnosed with early-stage Parkinson’s and pancreatic cancer.
“I can confirm he has been diagnosed with early stage Parkinson’s disease, but it’s already progressing,” the Russian security services insider claimed in the email.
“This fact will be denied in every possible way and hidden.
“Putin is regularly stuffed with all kinds of heavy steroids and innovative painkilling injections to stop the spread of pancreatic cancer he was recently diagnosed with.
“It not only causes a lot of pain, Putin has a state of puffiness of the face and other side effects – including memory lapses.
“In his close circle, there are rumours that in addition to pancreatic cancer, which is gradually spreading, Putin also has prostate cancer.”
