THE daughter of an RAF chief has been charged with GBH after allegedly glassing a fellow British woman in Cyprus.
Jessica Cloke is said to have lashed out in a bar, cutting her victim “from eye to neck”.
Cloke, 20, is the daughter of Group Captain Simon Cloke, who was in charge of the island’s Akrotiri base for three years.
The brawl is said to have happened two weeks ago outside it, but within the island’s British Overseas Territory.
Cloke has been bailed by a judge sitting at a Sovereign Base Areas court and is due to appear again on September 22 to enter a plea.
A source told The Sun on Sunday: “This was a vicious incident between two British women which could have ended far worse.
“The victim was glassed and left with a horrible gash from her eye to her neck.
“It’s a miracle it didn’t hit her eye or slash an artery.
“Her parents are absolutely distraught about what happened while she was abroad.
“Jess was supposed to be setting an exemplary example but this has risked tarnishing her father’s legacy.”
The victim, 19, is understood to be a “military dependant” — the partner or child of someone serving at the base.
Cloke shared a Facebook picture days before the alleged attack, showing her with her dad at his wedding to her mum in Cyprus earlier this year.
He has since been redeployed to RAF High Wycombe, in Bucks.
