A SCHOOL was plunged into lockdown over a bomb threat with “all students were evacuated” from the premises.
Frome Community College in Somerset received the shocking threat at 8.30am yesterday.

Frome Community College received a bomb threat yesterday
An unknown individual called in and warned there was a bomb hidden on the school grounds.
Cops were immediately alerted and rushed to the school to search the campus.
Students were evacuated from the school grounds as cops and staff searched for the threat.
After cops couldn’t find anything suspicious, the call was deemed “malicious.”
The children then returned to their timetables and the school day continued as normal.
Police released a statement on Facebook: “At approximately 08.30hrs today Frome Community College received a call from an unknown person stating that there was a bomb somewhere on their site.
“Police were immediately called and attended, and with staff they searched the area.
“Nothing suspicious was found and the call was deemed malicious.
“During this time all students in the specified area of the college were evacuated, the normal school day resumed shortly afterwards.”
