A SCOTS mum tragically died while on a dream holiday after she began feeling “dizzy” and having “hot sweats”.
Nicola Davies, 40, jetted off to Africa to visit her boyfriend on Sunday, October 1, for two weeks.

The mum-of-two, from Midlothian, was due to fly back to Edinburgh on Sunday, October 15.
But when she arrived at the airport, she began to feel dizzy and experiencing hot sweats before suddenly collapsing.
Nicola tragically died after she collapsed, leaving her two heartbroken children behind.
Her daughter Rebecca Davies, 21, was looking after her brother Assam David, nine, when her gran called her to tell her what happened.
Rebecca told Edinburgh Live that the whole family has been left shocked by her sudden and tragic passing.
She said: “My mum was a type 1 diabetic, so although she suffered from this, her death came as a complete shock to us.
“She was in the airport alone and was away to travel back home to us.
“She got to the airport and was experiencing heat, and facing sweats and then started to feel dizzy. She then collapsed and died.
“My brother is too young to process everything that is going on. I don’t think he understands what has actually happened.
“It’s all so raw for us.”
Rebecca has launched a fundraiser to help raise money to help cover the cost of a funeral for her mum.
She added that “it would mean the absolute world” to be able to hold a special service for Nicola and give her “the send-off she deserves”.
Rebecca added: “She deserves the best send-off possible. She could make anyone laugh and always put everyone first before her.
“I can’t even begin to put into words how incredible she was, she was just the best mum in the whole world.”
Writing on the GoFundMe page, Rebecca said: “My beautiful mother Nicola, unfortunately, passed away on the 15th of October 2023.
“Nicola passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly whilst at the airport heading home from her holiday.
“Anyone who knows her knows she is the most kindest and selfless person ever to exist she was a much-loved family member and friend to many of us and we want to give her the send-off she deserves.
“I am making this page to help cover the costs of her funeral. We would honestly appreciate any help given in this sad time. Thank you.”
