He pled not guilty to 20 charges of ‘possessing material depicting sexual conduct by child’ in an arraignment hearing held in Brevard County, Florida on Tuesday.
The businessman faces a further plea hearing this week.
McInally triggered an alert after flying into Melbourne Orlando International Airport from Glasgow with his family on August 25.
Border force officers ordered him to open his iPhone before allegedly finding a depraved picture of a girl aged “seven to ten” suffering a horrific sex assault.
We revealed how McInally was stopped due to intelligence received by US Customs and Homeland Security.
Cops in Scotland later sealed off and searched his Go Wild soft play in Bridgeton, Glasgow, as well as his home in nearby Tollcross.
It was revealed he had access to thousands of children through Go Wild and his now defunct mobile party business, World of Mascots.
The firm provided lifesized cartoon characters, face painting and bouncy castles for birthday parties and other celebrations.
McInally, who has been remanded in custody in a local jail, will return to court for the so-called ‘docket sounding’ before Judge Aaron J Peacock.
He will confirm if he is ready for trial on the third-degree felony — or if he wishes to change his plea.
