A SECOND Tory MP has revealed he was targeted in a honeytrap.

Luke Evans said he was sent a picture of a naked woman on WhatsApp with no warning.

MP Luke Evans released a video where he spoke about being the victim of cyberflashing

The Leicestershire MP said he then got a second message ten days later.

He said he had told police and party whips immediately.

He said: “I was a victim of cyberflashing and malicious communications, and blew the whistle by reporting it to the police and the parliamentary authorities as soon as this happened.

Mr Evans said: “I’m just pleased I blew the whistle, reported it to the authorities and it’s now being looked into.”

It comes after William Wragg sent naked snaps of himself to a user on dating app Grindr but was then manipulated into handing over colleagues’ phone numbers.

Mr Wragg apologised on Thursday.

Chancellor Jeremy Hunt was among the Tories to voice support for Mr Wragg yesterday.

Jeremy Hunt called his apology “courageous and fulsome”.

But the Chancellor added: “The lesson here for all MPs is that they need to be very careful about cybersecurity.

“Indeed it is the lesson for members of the public as well, because this is something that we are all having to face in our daily lives.”
