It’s almost beyond belief that the other 19 clubs have just three players who qualify for this exclusive group between them while Spurs boast four representatives.

This serves as a timely reminder for Dream Team bosses that while Postecoglou’s side may be flawed in some aspects, they pack a punch in attack.

The aforementioned list doesn’t even include the club’s top scorer this season, Brennan Johnson (£3.3m), who has 14 goals to his name but just six assists.

A closer look at the league table reveals that only runaway leaders Liverpool have scored more goals than Spurs at this stage.

It was a similar story in the league phase of the Europa League too when only Galatasaray scored more goals from their eight fixtures.

Add in 13 goals from the domestic cups and it’s clear Spurs have more than enough firepower – it’s the defensive side of the game (and overall balance) that needs addressing.

The great thing for Dream Team bosses who don’t support Spurs is they don’t have to worry one bit about the club’s real-world fortunes.
