A SICK couple used a 19-year-old woman as a “toy” for their depraved desires after pinning her down and raping her.
Anthony Preston, 22, and his fiancee, Nicole Rickatson, 27, grew obsessed with the idea of a “thoroughly enjoyable threesome” with the girl.
The pair “took advantage” of the woman’s trust before launching into a horrific sex attack against her.
Hull Crown Court heard Preston and Rickatson treated the victim “like a rag doll” and “did what they wanted” with her.
Both claimed the sick abuse was a “consensual threesome” but were found guilty of rape following a trial.
Preston, who was also convicted of perverting the course of justice, was jailed for seven-and-a-half years, while Rickatson was sentenced to six years.
The court was told the victim thought the couple were joking when they suggested “let’s have a threesome”.
But Preston then started to “grab” at the woman before both he and smiling Rickatson began to sexually assault her.
Richard Butters, prosecuting, said: “He pulled her hair and immediately she was saying she didn’t want to do this. She was saying that from the outset.
“This pair knew that what they were doing was against her will.”
The court heard the victim fought back against the “horrific” attack but Preston kept pushing her down to make sure she could not move.
Following the attack, Preston tried “to cover up their sexual deviancy” by removing evidence from a bedroom but it was recovered by cops.
Detective Con Thomas Birkenhead said the pair had “refused to admit their crimes” and instead made the woman “relive the ordeal all over again by subjecting her to a trial”.
He praised the woman’s “bravery and strength in coming forward” and said the verdict did not “take away the continued trauma she must endure”.
