PRESIDENT Joe Biden is set to deliver his third State of the Union address tonight.
Biden will speak before Congress at 9 pm ET – and former president Donald Trump has released a “prebuttal” video to Biden’s remarks.
“Joe Biden is on the run from his record and lying like crazy to try to escape accountability for the horrific devastation he and his party have created, all the while they continue the very policies that are causing this horror show to go,” Trump said in a video posted to X, formerly known as Twitter.
“We cannot take it any longer as a country. Joe Biden’s sad excuse for a State of the Union address aside, here are the facts,” he said before slamming Biden’s approaches to immigration and shrinkflation.
“It’s time to tell crooked Joe Biden, ‘You’re fired,’” Trump concluded the video.
The 2024 State of the Union address airs tonight at 9 pm ET on all major networks. The White House will stream the speech online here.
