TAMMY ABRAHAM broke down in tears after firing AC Milan to Supercoppa Italiana glory against bitter rivals Inter.

Two ex-Chelsea stars scored as the Rossoneri staged an incredible comeback from 2-0 down with 40 minutes left to play in a thrilling final.

Theo Hernandez halved the deficit before former Blues winger Christian Pulisic equalised with the match set for extra-time.

But Abraham tapped home a 93rd minute winner from point blank range to spark huge Milan celebrations.

The 27-year-old was overcome with emotion and the striker had tears in his eyes as he was mobbed by his team-mates.

Last season was especially tough for Abraham as he was injured for ten months at previous club Roma due to an ACL tear.

His loan to Milan was not going perfectly either after he missed a penalty against Fiorentina, having reportedly ignored orders from the manager to give the spot-kick to Pulisic.

But his goal in the final saw the jubilant scenes continue long into the night as Abraham posed with the trophy alongside old Chelsea team-mate Fikayo Tomori.

Incredible footage from inside the dressing room showed new boss Sergio Conceicao dancing and smoking a cigar.

It was the manager’s second game in charge, having replaced the sacked Paulo Fonseca a week ago.

The Supercoppa Italiana is a four-team tournament involving the winners and runners-up of the previous season’s Serie A and Coppa Italia.

It has been controversially held in Saudi Arabia for the last three years.

Since joining Milan on loan, Abraham has scored six goals in 21 appearances.

He left Chelsea three-and-a-half years ago for Roma, having won the Champions League and played 82 times for his boyhood club.

The 11-time capped England star could soon have another compatriot with him at San Siro as Milan are interested in signing Marcus Rashford.
