Kolo Muani, 26, spent the second half of last season on loan at Juventus.
But after the Italian giants failed to agree a permanent deal, Spurs swooped in to agree a deadline day swoop.
As broken by The Athletic, the loan will NOT include an option or obligation to buy.
The 31-cap France international still has three years remaining on his PSG contract.
Spurs pounced for Kolo Muani amid Dominic Solanke’s injury woes.
The England striker missed much of pre-season with an ankle injury.
Solanke returned to appear from the bench against PSG, Burnley and Manchester City.
But he missed out as his side lost 1-0 to Bournemouth on Saturday amid further ankle issues.
