A SKYDIVER has tragically died in a horrific accident after his parachute didn’t open fully. Takashi Koyama, 60, was undertaking a solo jump in Longmont, Colorado, when he was seen hurtling towards the ground. The experienced skydiver was fully qualified to skydive alone.
