The boys, aged 14 and 16, were arrested on March 4 after reports of furniture being thrown from the top level of Westfield in Stratford, east London, on March 1.
They are due to appear at Stratford Youth Court on May 6.
It comes after horrifying footage shows the moment a reckless yob hurls a huge seat from the third floor of Westfield, nearly killing unaware shoppers below.
The disturbing video shows passersby narrowly escaping being crushed.
The young man, wearing a grey jumper and black tracksuit bottoms, struggles to pick up a heavy blue 4ft-steat, before finally launching it over a glass barrier.
As he picks it up, the boy recording says: “There’s no way this guy’s doing it.
“Oh my god.”
The clip shows the massive projectile hurtling 120ft through the air, plunging past multiple escalators, before slamming into the floor.
The seat lands just inches from one shopper, while others turn around in shock as it smashes into the ground.
The culprits then turn and sprint off, shouting and laughing as they dart up an escalator.
As they reach the top, the young man turns round and says: “I can’t believe I did that.”
On the video, which was shared on Snapchat, is written: “No way bro almost killed someone. Nahhh.”
The caption is then followed by two laughing emojis.
