The World XI FC beat Team England 5-4 in Sunday’s charity showpiece at Old Trafford.

Fury co-managed a Three Lions side featuring stars such as Wayne Rooney, Jermain Defoe and Alex Brooker.

But it was Argentine striker Tevez, 41, who showed he was still a fox in the box 16 years on since leaving Man Utd.

England led 3-0 when Tevez was introduced by World XI coach Peter Schmeichel.

Tevez was met by a barrage of boos from the Old Trafford terraces.

He infamously swapped the red half of Manchester for the blue in 2009.

Tevez proceeded to smash in four goals to turn the game on its head, cupping his ear to the Stretford End.

Celebrity chef Big Zuu later popped up with a dramatic winner for World XI.

Despite the loss, Fury – who dropped the F-bomb live on TV – took to Instagram on Monday to send his congratulations to Schmeichel’s side.

He said: “Morning run in the bay. After a long and busy day yesterday, managing England.

“We did not get the result we wanted, but everybody played well and played hard and we raised a lot of money for a great cause.

So, I am very proud of everybody who took part.

“And well done to everybody… especially Carlos Tevez!

“Wow. Banging in hat-tricks and stuff. He has still got it.

“Had a fantastic day. Big shout out to all the organisers at UNICEF and Soccer Aid.
