BRITS are basking in glorious 20C sunshine today – and the warm weather is set to continue for days.

The Met Office says today will bring plenty of sunshine across much of the UK, especially in the southwest, where it’s feeling particularly warm.

Temperatures are expected to peak around 20C in parts of the West Country and South Wales, while most of England and Wales will enjoy mid to high teens under mostly clear skies.

The northeast may hold on to some lingering cloud, particularly along the coast, but it’ll still stay dry throughout the day.

An easterly breeze will keep things slightly cooler in coastal areas, but most places will feel pleasantly mild in the sun.

Tonight, skies remain mostly clear, setting the stage for a chilly night.

Rural spots could see patchy frost, especially where winds drop off.

Sunday looks much the same — dry, bright, and fine for most.

While it may be a touch cooler than Saturday, the sunshine continues, and winds will ease right back, making it feel calmer across the board.
