The four bedroom detached home is the scene of a chilling double murder that saw a son turn on his own mother.
Andrei-Mihai Simion-Munteanu killed his mum and her partner in the home in July 2019.
Dr Premm Monti was strangled to death before her partner Robert Tully was savagely beaten around the head with a hammer.
The home where the harrowing murders took place is now being offered up to potential buyers for the first time in six years.
Agents Pygott & Crone have included a warning in the property’s listing telling house hunters of the home’s grim past.
The estate agent has even urged potential buyers to “contact the agent for further information regarding the property’s history, as this may influence their purchasing decision”.
It continues: “Tucked back from the road, the property enjoys a good degree of privacy and features ample outdoor space.
“Internally, the accommodation includes a welcoming entrance hallway, a spacious lounge and a bright conservatory that opens onto the rear garden.
“The fitted kitchen/diner also has a conveniently located utility just off it.
“There are four well-proportioned bedrooms, with an ensuite shower room to the main bedroom and a family bathroom.
“The layout is versatile, providing flexibility for home working or guest accommodation as needed.”
The idyllic seeming home boasts a large garden and a detached single driveway.
“While the interior has been well cared for it provides an excellent blank canvas for updating and personalising.” the listing adds.
If buyers can stomach the home’s dark past the agents say the property “offers a rare opportunity to acquire a spacious home set on a substantial and mature plot.”
House hunters who viewed the property on Rightmove said the agents did the right thing by notifying potential buyers.

One said: “Wouldn’t bother me in the least but props to the estate agent for highlighting it (I’m not even sure it’s a requirement).”
Another added: “Probably saves them wasting three months on enquiries before the buyer finds out and drops out.”
Another said he knew the home owner, adding: “I know the owners, it was rented out to the victims.
“The owner rented it out again after the murders as well.”
The agents said buyers are: “advised to contact the agent for further information regarding the property’s history, as this may influence their purchasing decision.”
The horror in the home unfolded when Simion-Munteanu called his mum upstairs and, while the 51-year-old lay face down on the bed, strangled her with the crook of his elbow – sticking an oven glove over her mouth.
When her 71-year-old partner Mr Tully returned home six hours later he was subjected to a brutal assault, smashed over the head with a hammer at least six times.
Depraved killer Andrei-Mihai Simion-Munteanu then went on a tour of the UK in Mr Tully’s car before being arrested for the grisly killings.
At one point Simion-Munteanu, 22, drove to Cardiff and stayed overnight in a Travelodge, visiting a nearby cinema to watch the Lion King.
He was sentenced to life with a minimum term of 32 years at Lincoln Crown Court in February 2020.
Sentencing Simion-Munteanu Mr Justice Pepperall said: “Your fascination with extremely violent internet footage of accidents, suicides and terrorist beheadings taken together with your conviction that there was no meaning or value to life, led you to wonder whether you would yourself be capable of murder.
“In reaching that view, I am fortified by your remark to the police upon your arrest that you wanted to see if you could do it.
“In my judgement, such thoughts combined with your feelings of worthlessness arising from your difficulties with social interaction and the prospect that your university career appeared set to end in failure, and your disproportionate sense of grievance at minor upsets, lead you to become a killer.”
