VIRGINIA Giuffre has broken her silence with a cryptic social media post after what she described as a near-death horror bus crash in Australia.
The Prince Andrew accuser sparked alarm last month after posting a bruised snap from her hospital bed, claiming she had just “four days to live”.

She then pinned the post to her profile on Instagram, which boasts more than 21,000 followers

But now, Virginia posted a link to Gotye’s breakup anthem Somebody That I Used To Know, followed by a black screen with no caption or audio.
She later pinned the post to her Instagram profile with a broken heart emoji.
The Jeffrey Epstein survivor had previously shared a photo of herself in a hospital bed with heavy bruising, saying she had been been in a car crash with a school bus.
She claimed she had suffered kidney failure, was fatally ill, and only had four days left to live.
The mum-of-three added: “I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time. My heart is shattered and every day that passes my sadness only deepens.”
But the story took a twist when Western Australia Police described the crash as minor and said no major injuries were reported.
Parents of children on the bus also spoke out, reportedly disputing the severity of the incident.
The crash occurred near Giuffre’s farm in Neergabby, about an hour north of Perth, on March 24.
She was discharged from Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital on April 7 after a week-long stay, slipping out the back entrance to avoid waiting media.
She has since claimed the incident was blown out of proportion due to a misunderstanding.
Her father Sky Roberts clarified: “Doctors told Virginia she would have died within four days had she not received medical treatment.”
The timing comes as Virginia’s legal issues continue to mount.
Her court case over an alleged breach of a family violence restraining order has been postponed until June, after she was deemed too unwell to attend the scheduled hearing on April 9.
She is accused of breaching the order on February 2, but has not yet entered a plea.
The restraining order reportedly involves her estranged husband Robert and their three children.
Earlier this year, Virginia alleged Robert had assaulted her on January 9, claiming in a statement she had endured years of domestic violence.
The pair are reportedly locked in a messy separation and no longer live together at their $1.9million beachside home in Perth.
Just two days before the crash, Giuffre posted a heartfelt photo of her children on a beach, writing: “My beautiful babies have no clue how much I love them and they’re being poisoned with lies… Hurt me, abuse me but don’t take my babies.”
Despite the controversy, her US agent Dini von Mueffling told Daily Mail Australia she is “slowly improving.”

Virginia’s case against Prince Andrew
Virginia accused Prince Andrew of sexually abusing her when she was 17 while she travelled with Andrew’s paedo pals Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
Three years ago, the disgraced Duke paid millions to the mum-of-three in an out-of-court settlement, while denying sexual assault accusations.
Andrew was spared a humiliating court battle over claims he sexually assaulted her when she was a teenager.
The settlement marked the first time he had shown contrition over his relationship with Epstein and Maxwell.
He had previously defended his friendship with the paedo as having “seriously beneficial outcomes” away from the rape allegations.
Virginia first sued Andrew in August 2021.
It was the first time she had brought action against him after going public with the allegations in 2011.
She claims she was trafficked and forced to have sex with the Andrew for the first time at Maxwell’s house in London after a night out at the club Tramp.
Virginia also claimed she was forced to have sex with the Duke on at least two further occasions by Maxwell and Epstein.
Her legal team argued she was a “frightened, vulnerable child with no one there to protect her” when she was allegedly abused by Andrew, saying “no person, whether President or Prince, is above the law”.
Virginia was seeking unknown amounts of compensation and punitive damages over the allegations.
She claims she feared for her life when she was allegedly forced to have sex with Andrew, who is accused of having been aware of her age and status as a “sex-trafficking victim”.
Andrew has denied any wrongdoing and has denied allegations made against him.
Epstein took his own life in jail while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges in 2019.
Maxwell is serving a 20-year prison sentence for conspiring with him to sexually abuse minors.
