He walked outside to see that his car, a blacked-out luxury Range Rover, was gone.

A check on the store’s CCTV confirmed the car had been stolen.

Cops want to quiz two people who might be able to help them with their investigation.

Jared Rosser, a regular for the men of Gwent, posted his own appeal on Instagram asking for anyone who sees the car, which has the registration OY69 ORS, to let him know.

A spokesperson for Gwent Police said: “Officers making enquiries into the theft of a car from a supermarket car park in Cwmbran are looking to speak to two people who may be able to help the investigation.

“At around 12.30pm on Tuesday 22 April, we received reports that a black Range Rover, registration OY69 ORS, was taken from Aldi’s car park on Woodside Road, Cwmbran.

“The owner reported that they’d noticed their keys were taken while inside the store, before returning to the car park to find the car missing.

“We’re now looking to speak to this man and woman, who were in the store at the time and could have information to help the investigation.

“If you recognise these people, or have any information that might help us return the vehicle, please contact us.”

Rosser signed a new contract at the Dragons just two days ago after impressing this season.

The winger, whose brother Ewan also plays for the club, said: “I’m really happy to have signed again with Dragons.

“It’s a place that I love turning up to every day.

“Being here for so long already, it’s a place I’ve made some of my closest friends and working with my brother is a privilege.

“I’m excited to finish the season strong and take some momentum into a big season next year.”
