One, wearing a black jacket, is seen cutting through the clamp on the caravan‘s front wheel with an electrical tool, as sparks fly around him.

The second, wearing a hooded blue jacket, appears to fiddle with the lock on the hitch, the part where the caravan attaches to a vehicle.

Meanwhile, a large black 4×4 reverses into the driveway towards the sleek grey mobile home.

It is briefly guided by a third man, wearing a hooded black jacket, who then disappears to the other side of the caravan – not captured in the video.

The electrical cutter is seen being passed to the man at the hitch lock, who successfully breaks it off, before the trio rapidly load their equipment back into the car.

They then manually push the caravan towards the stationary car and hitch it on as the vehicle pulls away.

However, two of the three culprits remain outside the car to seemingly confront a van driver who has parked his low-loader lengthways across the street.

Earlier in the video, the white van has been seen reversing across the lane – in an apparent attempt to stop the thieves exiting onto the main road.

A few seconds later, the driver gets out, gesticulates at the culprits and appears to take a filming device from his pocket.

He then gets back in his van and repositions it to further block the road.

However, the 4×4 successfully manoeuvres around the van on the left-hand curb, as the two thieves clamber in.

Two further vehicles also appear throughout the theft.

A black car is seen stopping on the other side of the quiet lane towards the beginning of the heist, before driving off shortly afterwards.

A second, grey vehicle then appears in the same spot, where it stays for the remainder of the video.

It comes as brazen thieves also stole £2 million’s worth of cars using a keyless device disguised as a Game Boy – including one with a toddler inside.

And a woman’s Toyota was stolen using a baffling trick that saw thieves break in through the headlights.
