Two men run towards it and force open the driver’s door before dragging a man out and throwing him to the floor.
One of the men sits on him to restrain him as a woman shouts “there’s someone under the car”.
Another group of men then work together to flip the car, revealing someone trapped and lying still.
Further footage shows the car reversing out of a road, then driving over the pavement and striking some scaffolding.
As it jerks forward, the vehicle strikes a man, knocking him over.
Cops said they were called to reports of a car hitting a pedestrian in Chapel Street at around 3.30am on Sunday.
Two men in their 30s were taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
A man, aged 23, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and drink-driving.
Bedfordshire Detective Sergeant Emma Janes said it is believed the incident was linked to an earlier incident at Kumba Lounge, nightclub on the same road.
She said: “We know the area was very busy at the time of the incident and believe there may be others that were struck by the vehicle.
“It’s particularly important that we speak to anyone who was directly involved in the collision, even if you weren’t injured.
“Any witnesses from inside the bar are also asked to come forward.”
