In horrifying footage of the incident, one of her arms can be seen flailing in a panic as she falls out of the train.
The man behind the camera can be heard shouting while passengers look on in horror.
The accident took place on a train in Sri Lanka on Saturday.
The train ground to a halt at the next stop and passengers walked back to help her.
The woman, who had visited the country from China, was luckily not seriously injured as she landed in some bushes.
Local cops have reminded passengers on trains to pay attention to their surroundings at all times.
They have also urged others to follow safety precautions.
It comes after another idiot tourist was shamed online after being caught violently grabbing a bird while taking selfies.
The unnamed man attempted to hold the struggling bird so he could take a picture.
The video was filmed at a beach in Dalian in China by other tourists following the coronavirus restrictions being lifted.
As the man holds the bird, his partner takes pictures of him holding it by the base of the wings so it can’t fly away.
After he gets enough photographs, he then throws it roughly into the air as it escapes.

Meanwhile, a woman was left screaming in pain after deciding to dip her hand into a boiling hot spring at one of America’s most celebrated tourist destinations.
The “moron” tourist looked deeply regretful after ignoring warnings and pushing her hand into the steaming 80C water at Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming.
The unidentified father-daughter duo crossed the safety barrier to take a closer look at the Silex Spring in the Fountain Point Pot area of the park.

A female onlooker can be heard telling the woman she will “regret” her decision, but she remains undeterred in her mission.
The lady then dips her hands into the startlingly blue water and suddenly recoils and runs away as she shouts “It’s hot! It’s very hot.”
Crying and screaming in pain – and likely suffering from serious burns – the woman finally returns to the group.
