Stallone, 78, compared Rocky Balboa’s inspiring journey to the top of boxing to Trump’s impressive re-election win.

The New York native said he is in “awe” at how Trump managed to not only defeat Kamala Harris at the polls but also lead a clean sweep for the Republicans.

Trump was also lauded for his ability to overcome such huge challenges such as the assassination attempts on his life and the looming criminal cases over him.

Stallone was the warm up speaker before Trump made his grand arrival at the event on Thursday.

He spoke proudly to the audience full of Trump’s pals such as Robert F Kennedy Jr, Tucker Carlson, Matt Gaetz and the ever-present Elon Musk.

Stallone opened up by speaking on a scene in Rocky where the image of Jesus is shown before panning down to the fictional boxing legend being punched by his opponent.

The words “Resurrection AC Club” then flash on the screen as Balboa is said to have reignited his belief in becoming a champion.

Stallone told the glitzy Florida crowd: “At that moment he was the chosen person, and that’s how I began the journey.

“Something’s gonna happen, this man is gonna go through a metamorphosis and change lives – just like President Trump.”

The rousing speech sent the crowd into a roar of approval before he added to the compliments by once again comparing him to an American great.

“When George Washington defended his country, he had no idea that he was going to change the world cause without him, you could imagine what the world would look like,” Stallone said.

“Guess what? We got the second George Washington.”

The Rambo actor also went on to say the former and future president reminds him of a “mythical character”.

He said someone like Trump “does not exist on this planet”, before praising the Republican for pulling off what nobody else could have.

Stallone wrapped up the touching Trump tribute before clapping his pal onto the stage.

The pair greeted each other with a long handshake and a smile as they said a few words to one another.

Trump then addressed the America First Policy Conference crowd.

He spoke proudly about his election win and even floated the idea of trying to start his second term two months earlier than planned.

A huge crowd of his Republican pals were all in attendance as well as a number of powerful political figures.

One of the more surprise guests was Argentine President Javier Millei.

Trump labelled him as a “MAGA guy” as his appearance marked the first world leader to have spoken with Trump in person since the seismic win.

Trump’s new best friend Elon Musk was also at the pricey ball as he continued to mingle with the world’s most powerful and influential figures.

Musk has been by Trump’s side for weeks as he helped with the election campaign by providing huge funds for the Republicans.

The pair have reportedly been inseparable since election night with Musk spending almost everyday at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.

Trump even cracked a joke at a black tie bash as he said about Musk: “He likes this place, I can’t get him out of here.”

It comes as the unconventional duo are beginning to frustrate MAGA big-hitters with Musk taking credit for the Republican clean sweep, say two sources close to Trump.

The pair told NBC News: “He’s behaving as if he’s a co-President and making sure everyone knows it.

“And he’s sure taking lots of credit for the president’s victory. Bragging about America PAC and X to anyone who will listen.

“He’s trying to make President Trump feel indebted to him. And the president is indebted to no one.”

They added that Musk is present in almost every meeting Trump has attended including some huge politically sensitive chats.

Musk hopped onto a call between Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky and Trump last week.

He was also seen by Trump’s side as the future US leader went to chat to Joe Biden in the White House.
