She has sparked outrage after saying she identifies as a “Black woman” after injecting melanin to darken her skin and installing a 50-tube sunbed in her home.
The 36-year-old’s husband Michael Groß does the same and they have now revealed their plans to move to Africa with the model saying that she “feels a deep connection” to the country.
She said: “We have received invitations from fans in many African countries and so it hasn’t been easy to choose.
“Currently, we have Kenya and Namibia on our shortlist.
“My husband and I had already planned to emigrate a few years ago, but then the pandemic hit.
“Since most of my modelling jobs are in Europe and the US, Michael fears it will be difficult for me to earn money in Africa.”
“I’ve had to work hard to convince him that this is the best decision for us,” she added.
However, the pair do not plan to move until she has undergone more surgery, the glamour model said.
As well as her tanning addiction and identity claims, Martina is also known for her extreme surgeries that gave her Europe’s largest breasts at a size 32T – which she says are not yet big enough.
The surgery addict who has not seen her feet in years, hopes to one day have the world’s biggest boobs.
She has also had several lip procedures, spending tens of thousands of pounds to alter her look.
Now, Martina has revealed that she plans to have a butt augmentation surgery and work to “widen her nose” before moving to Africa.
“My husband and I are still working on the schedule,” she said.
“It’s especially important that I have my surgeries (buttock augmentation and nose widening) done here in Europe beforehand.
“Since I want my surgeries very extreme, I don’t know any surgeons in Africa who can do those.

“I am hoping that we can resolve the remaining issues soon and realise our dream of emigrating as soon as possible.”
Martina, who was baptised as Malaika Kubwa in Kenya in 2019, believes she and her husband will be welcomed by the African people with open arms.
This is despite people on social media saying they “find it offensive” and accuse her of wearing “Blackface”.
But she claims this criticism tends to come from America and is not something she experienced on any of her three trips to Africa.
Martina said: “I want to emigrate to Africa because I feel a deep connection to the African people.
“The harsh criticism usually comes from the US via social media.
“People say things like ‘You’re white, you’ll never be Black’ or say my skin is ‘Blackface’.
“But I don’t take these comments to heart.”

“I assume that people who have negative attitudes toward me hold back when they meet me in person,” she continued.
“Though I never go walk around alone, my husband always accompanies me.
“Every time I’ve visited Africa though, I’ve felt at home and overwhelmed by the response.
“Once, as I got out of a taxi, a fan recognised me and a short time later, I was surrounded by a whole crowd of people wanting to take selfies with me and asking me many questions.
“I can’t wait to live there.”
Martina previously dubbed her transformation into a black woman “an internal one” that changed her whole body.
She claimed that her hair and eyes have also changed colour and now look more like those of African women.
“Many of my changes are very slow, but continuous.
“If my transformation continues to be so good, I will soon be identical to other black women,” she wrote in 2018.
“You can not imagine it is a great feeling to become more and more a black woman.”
Martina previously said that when her and Michael settle down to have children “they will be dark”.
“We have changed so much that now doctors say that if we have babies they will be dark. It’s really fascinating.”
This belief is highly questionable and completely unproven.
Martina Big’s journey to become a black woman
Clinical psychologist Dr Abigael San says:
“People use a variety of ways to express themselves and their identity. However, when it comes to race – and Martina saying she’s able to have a black child – this is a biological issue that she’s misinterpreted and may cause offence.
“She may be having a crisis of identity due to a deep feeling of insecurity about her appearance, and it could be her way of trying to gain some control, and fit in.
“Deep down, it would appear Martina isn’t confident or happy with her own identity, and it’s manifesting itself in a potentially unhealthy way.
“I would suggest anyone thinking about making drastic physical changes like this to seek professional help first to get to the bottom of any underlying issues, as often the issue isn’t physical”.
