BRAZILIAN bodybuilder Christian Figueiredo has passed away.

Friends, family, and fans are mourning the loss of the sportsman who died aged just 29-years-old.

Who was bodybuilder Christian Figueiredo?

Christian Figueiredo was a pro bodybuilder who was from Brazil.

He earned his Pro card in 2022 during the Musclecontest in his home country.

Figueiredo was preparing to take on the IFBB in 2024.

He was known for his incredible physique that featured great conditioning and symmetry.

What was Christian Figueiredo’s cause of death?

It is reported that Figueiredo died following complications during liver surgery.

His friend, and fellow bodybuilder, Ricardo Alexandre Martins Correia told press he was with him at the hospital where he was being treated.

Ricardo said that he had suffered a stroke during the operation, and revealed that “it was supposed to be a pretty simple surgery but there were complications.”

Figueiredo leaves behind his wife, Vivi Torres, who is a bellydancer.

Taking to Instagram to pay tribute to her late beloved husband, she wrote: “It was going to be 11 years that we knew each other and never parted. A soul thing.
