TWO people have been arrested in connection with the death of a newborn 25 years ago.
Callum was found strangled and wrapped in plastic in Warrington, Cheshire, on the morning of March 14, 1998.

He was believed to have only been a few hours old when discovered in woodland near Gulliver’s World Theme Park in the Callands area.
A murder investigation was launched but his parents were never found.
Although his true identity remains a mystery, cops called the boy Callum.
He was buried with the help of no family members in Warrington Cemetery, his headstone reads: “Baby Callum, a precious child of God.
“With the love from the people of Warrington.”
Thousands were interviewed during the murder probe and a special hotline was set up for anyone offering information.
It yielded nothing, until Cheshire Police renewed their appeal seven months ago.
A man and a woman from Liverpool have now been arrested in connection with the infant’s death, the force said.
A spokesperson said: “Detectives investigating the death of a baby in Warrington in 1998 have arrested two people in relation to the incident.
“On Friday, July 28, 2023, detectives arrested a man and a woman from Liverpool in connection with the incident.
“Both individuals have since been released on conditional bail.”
