THE world’s hottest burglar has been nabbed by cops after ransacking a string of penthouse apartments in Brazil.
The glam crook, who was on the run for a year, had captured the hearts of local men after police released CCTV footage of her crimes.

The mystery heist lady was spotted looking up at a hidden security camera as she carried out the house raid.
The woman sported an all-black skintight outfit, with matching gloves and a full face of glamourous makeup.
But once the CCTV footage was released, locals went wild for her despite her alleged crimes and going on the run.
One man said: “Wow, she’s beautiful while stealing.”
Another remarked: “The kind of crime I like to hear more about. I’m already a fan.”
And a third wrote: “Damn, what a babe.”
The burglary took place in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, on October 26 last year.
An investigation into the crime found that the flat’s front door had been wedged open using a screwdriver.
But once the “real-life Catwoman” got into the luxury penthouse, she began to fill her bags with hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of goods.
As well as jewellery, luxury handbags, two pistols, and other items were stolen from the seventh-floor home as the residents were away travelling.
The homeowner is a gun collector and was keeping the weapons legally, local media report.
The flat was left ransacked, with the family’s losses estimated at a whopping £160,000.
Now, nearly a year later, cops have tracked down the suspect to São Paulo – a seven-hour drive away.
The glam burglar was arrested on October 5 but authorities have kept her identity under wraps.
Police said the woman had been under surveillance since the crime and had travelled throughout Brazil and even to other countries while on the run.
Police chief João Prata said: “She is already known for stealing from high-end residences.
“We’ve tried to arrest her before. Unfortunately, we couldn’t.
“As soon as we found out where she was, we immediately contacted personnel from the State Department of Criminal Investigations in São Paulo and requested that the arrest be made to avoid the possibility of losing her again.”
Police chief Gustavo Barretta revealed last year that she acted with at least two other individuals as she burgled the flat in Belo Horizonte.
He said: “At the moment she committed the crime, she was guided over the phone.
“We believe the other individuals involved were close to the location and provided an escape route for the woman.”
Because the thief was wearing gloves, she did not leave any fingerprints at the scene.
Police believe the flat was carefully chosen and the building was meticulously studied ahead of the crime by the experienced burglar.
They said the woman was already known to law enforcement, as she had robbed several other homes across multiple states in Brazil’s Southeast Region.
Barretta said at the time that being a woman would have helped her to avoid suspicion and get past the concierge.
It comes after a burglar who taunted cops attracted an army of female admirers after his smouldering mugshot went viral in 2019.
