The sauna looked to use infared technology which is said to enhance sleep and aid recovery from a workout.
Kayla shared the insight into her post workout routine with her one million Instagram followers.
Kayla is a 28-year-old model and influencer.
She also had a career as a volleyball player but recently retired from the game.
She now resides in LA and posed a picture sunbathing on the beach in December.
Kayla recently gained enough followers to surpass the one million mark on Instagram.
That was aided by her appearances in magazine photoshoots such as her one for Maxim Australia.
