WYCOMBE WANDERERS have sacked head coach Mike Dodds.
The Chairboys have got off to a dreadful start to their League One campaign, winning just one match.

Dodds took over in February with Wycombe second in League One.
However they fell out of the automatic promotion spots before losing to Charlton in the play-off semi-final.
Dodds oversaw just seven wins in 20 matches last season and Wycombe’s decline continued into this campaign.
His one win in eight league matches has resulted in his sacking, with the club releasing a statement.
It reads: “Wycombe Wanderers have today parted company with Head Coach Mike Dodds and First-Team Coach Pete Shuttleworth.
“The board has reluctantly taken this decision, and the club would like to place on record its gratitude to Mike and Pete for their hard work and efforts during their time with Wycombe Wanderers, and wish them every success for the future.”
Dodds leaves Wycombe, who have promotion ambitions, in 19th place in League One – just one point above the relegation zone.
He was well backed in the summer with 11 new arrivals, though Wycombe did lose star man Richard Kone, who won League One player of the year last season.

Wycombe was Dodds’ first managerial job, having previously coached at Sunderland.
He was also academy manager at Birmingham and credited with aiding the development of stars like Jude Bellingham, Demarai Gray and Nathan Redmond.
