A BOSS at the stamp duty law firm on Angela Rayner’s flat purchase mocked her as Only Fools and Horses plonker Rodney Trotter.
A pic shared online by Stella Meehan also spoofed PM Sir Keir Starmer and Chancellor Rachel Reeves under the title title Only Tools and A******s, and with the theme tune’s lyrics “No income tax, no VAT”.

Ms Meehan shared the post in August 2024 — nine months before her mum’s conveyancing firm, Verrico & Associates, helped Ms Rayner buy her £800,000 Hove flat.
Her name and email appears on the Land Registry document as the legal rep lodging it.
Her profile is littered with anti-Labour posts and in November she signed a petition calling for a snap election to topple Sir Keir Starmer, saying: “He needs to go!”
Ms Rayner quit as Deputy PM and Housing Minister on Friday after admitting she underpaid stamp duty by £40,000.
It triggered an urgent Cabinet reshuffle which continued yesterday.
Ms Meehan’s firm of Herne Bay, Kent, was dragged into the storm when it was named as the lawyers at the heart of the Rayner scandal.
Teary Ms Rayner said she accidentally failed to pay enough tax because she had “relied on legal advice” that she owed only £30,000, not £70,000.
But Ms Meehan’s mum Joanna Verrico, 82, said Verrico & Associates did not offer advice and had been made scapegoats.
