Boy, 15, stabbed to death in Hackney in broad daylight as police launch urgent manhunt for attacker

A 15-YEAR-OLD boy has been stabbed to death in broad daylight – with police launching an urgent manhunt for his attacker.

Cops scrambled to reports of a stabbing near Benthal Primary School in Lower Clapton, east London at 4.05pm this afternoon.

A boy believed to be aged 15 was found with multiple stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Scotland Yard said urgent enquiries are currently underway to identify the suspect or suspects.

Officers are in the process of informing the teenage victim’s next of kin.

A crime scene remains in place around Stellman Close this evening as forensic officers comb the street for evidence.

Road closures will remain in place for some time, a Met spokesperson said.

Witnesses are urged to contact police on 101 quoting CAD 5387/23JULY.
