Chelsea agree first summer transfer as Blues set to snap up £56million ‘Messinho’, 17, rated better than Endrick

CHELSEA appear to have already sealed their first summer signing.

The Blues have reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Brazilian wonderkid Estevao Willian.

Estevao, 17, is a product of the youth system at Brazilian club Palmeiras – an academy that has produced stars such as Gabriel Jesus, Danilo and Endrick.

The winger is rated highly in South America with suggestion that many believe he could exceed the standards set by Real Madrid bound Endrick.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Estevao will be heading to the Premier League after Chelsea agreed a deal to sign the youngster this summer.

It is said that the Stamford Bridge outfit have struck up a deal worth a staggering £56m to lure the Brazil U17 international to West London.

They may consider that a bargain if the rising star reaches his potential, with his outstanding ability earning him a flattering nickname.

Those in the know call him Messinho, because of the similarities in his game to Argentine legend Lionel Messi.

It’s understood that Estevao agreed personal terms with Chelsea some 10 days and will join the club in 2025.

Although nothing will be official until Palmeiras president Leila Pereira signs off on the deal.

Estevao has already broken records, becoming the youngest Brazilian to ever pen a Nike contract back in 2019 – when he was just 11 years old.

The starlet surpassed Real Madrid’s Rodrygo in doing so.

His work on the pitch has caught the eye just as much as he became the fourth youngest debutant in Palmeiras’ history when he was just just 16 years and 8 months old.

Since breaking into the first team he has managed three goals and one assist in 17 appearances.
