After accusing him of lacking empathy, she shouted: “You do not know me, so do not judge me.

“You do not know what I have been through in my life.”

She added: “I cannot stand this judge. I cannot be in this room.” She got her wish — as she was taken to the cells for contempt.

Lennon, 28, returned later and apologised at Sefton magistrates’ court.

District Judge Hatton, 44, accepted it and did not punish her for contempt.

He found her guilty of harassing her ex’s mum with hundreds of voice notes and messages in September and October.

She got a 12-month community order and a ban on contacting Lyndsey McKinlay for five years.

Judge Hatton revealed Lennon, of Southport, Merseyside, had abused him at her trial in June and had to be removed from court.

He said: “I have taken more abuse from that woman than anyone in my life. She needs to understand I am not taking it.”
