MANCHESTER CITY are recalling Kalvin Phillips to their squad for the Manchester derby.
The former England star was exiled by Pep Guardiola over the summer.

But he could now make his first appearance for the club in 21 months against rivals Manchester United.
Phillips, 29, spent last season on loan at Ipswich and suffered relegation.
His last competitive match for City came against Urawa Red Diamonds in the Club World Cup.
That was almost two years ago on December 19, with Phillips coming on as a substitute and playing 13 minutes.
He now has a chance to resurrect his career at the Etihad after being selected in their 25-man Premier League squad.
Phillips was expected to leave on loan in the summer with Guardiola hinting at wanting a smaller squad.
The Spanish boss rarely played the midfielder even after he arrived for £45million from Leeds in 2022.
Phillips made just 12 appearances in his debut season before being shipped out on loan to West Ham for the second half of the 2023/24 campaign.

He failed to impress in East London, conceding a penalty on his debut before getting sent off in just his fourth game for the club.
Phillips’ lack of game time also saw him dropped from the England squad, and he was unable to recapture his form in his 22 games for Ipswich last season.
