A TWO-year-old girl who was allegedly murdered has been hailed as a “princess” by her devastated family.
Tributes have flooded in for Isabelle Rose Welsh, who tragically died after a police welfare check at a home in Thornaby, North Yorkshire.

Cops were called to a property on Hartington Close on September 15 following reports of concerns for Isabelle Rose’s welfare.
The following day, a man, 21, and a woman, 25, were arrested in connection with the death of the tragic tot.
Isabelle’s mum Alexandra Walker, 25, and Harrison Simpson, 21, have since appeared in court, accused of the toddler’s murder.
In a heartbreaking tribute to the youngster, Isabelle Rose’s family told TeesideLive she was “full of life”.
They said: “She was always full of smiles.
“Isabelle loved to watch Peppa Pig as that was her comfort show.
“She also loved her dummies and dancing.”
Reacting to the outpouring of “kind words”, the family also thanked those who had offered tributes online.
Isabelle’s father Josh Welsh hailed her as his “princess”.
He added: “Rest in peace Isabelle. Daddy loves you all the world and back.”
Hundreds of tributes have since poured in for Isabelle Rose on social media.
One penned: “Thoughts and prayers are with you all. Rest in eternal paradise beautiful princess.”
And another wrote: “What a gorgeous little girl. This world is too cruel.”
The youngster was rushed to hospital after the police welfare check but sadly passed away a short while later.
Until today an order had been in place preventing Isabelle from being identified as the victim of the alleged attacks.
But the Recorder of MIddlesbrough, Judge Francis Laird, KC, lifted the ban.
He said: “There is no requirement for a reporting restriction as the alleged victim in this case is deceased.”
Cleveland Police previously said the death was being treated as “unexplained” and confirmed enquiries were ongoing.
A statement from the force read: “Officers were called to Hartington Close at around 4.20pm on Saturday 13th September following concerns for the welfare of a two-year-old child.
“The child was taken to hospital where she very sadly passed away.
“Her death is currently being treated as unexplained and detectives have launched an investigation.
“Our thoughts are with the family of the child during this very difficult time.
“A 25-year-old woman and a 21-year-old man have been arrested in connection with the child’s death and they are being questioned.”
