HARRY KANE is finally set to say his goodbyes to his former Tottenham team-mates.

The England captain will make an emotional return to the club’s training ground next week.

His visit comes two months after he left Spurs to join German giants Bayern Munich.

According to the Daily Mail, Kane has been given permission to say his final farewells during the international break.

He will visit Spurs’ Enfield base with the rest of the England squad as they prepare for their Euro 2024 qualifier against Italy.

Kane had been unable to say his goodbyes prior to his summer move to Bayern back in August.

Due to a deal already being in place with the Bundesliga champions, Spurs denied Kane access to the training ground on his last day with the club.

Spurs felt it would have been inappropriate as he was on the brink of joining another team.

There were also fears he could get injured and scupper the transfer if he took part in training, the report adds.

The England squad are set to meet up at St. George’s Park next week ahead of their friendly against Australia on Friday.

Following the match, the players will then train at Spurs’ HQ from next Saturday until the Italy match on October 17, with both matches taking place at Wembley Stadium.

As it is the international break, it is unknown how many members of the Spurs squad will be present.

It also remains to be seen whether Ange Postecoglou and his coaching staff will be at the training ground.

However, Kane will at least be able to say goodbye to the club’s support staff.

Since joining Bayern, the 30-year-old has scored nine goals and added four assists in his nine appearances across all competitions.

He is also second on the Bundesliga’s scoring charts after six matches with eight league goals to his name.

Kane has settled well in Germany and is soon set to be joined by his wife Katie Goodland and their children.

In preparation for their arrival in Bavaria, the forward took a tour of a luxury mansion in the area this week.

Kate previously jetted out to Germany to go house-hunting prior to Kane completing his move.
