HARRY Maguire was the big name missing as Manchester United flew out to Chicago for the next leg of their pre-season campaign.
England centre-half Maguire, 32, was expected to be part of Ruben Amorim‘s travelling party today.

But his name was absent from the 32-player list confirmed by United before they boarded their jet to the Windy City.
However, he will fly out to their Chicago base on Wednesday – after his absence from the initial party raised eyebrows.
Maguire was a half-time substitute in Saturday’s goalless draw with Leeds, although he was withdrawn after only 30 minutes.
He has no obvious injury concerns and it is understood his absence is due to a personal matter, with the club “hopeful” he will be able to join up with the rest of the United party.
And Maguire, desperate for a full season to put himself in England World Cup contention, has now sorted the personal matter that forced him to miss the flight and will instead join up with the rest of the United squad tonight.
Taking to social media he provided fans with an update by saying: “All is fine now. I will be travelling tomorrow to meet up with the squad. Thanks for your concern.”
New signings Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha were both on board as Amorim prepares for games with West Ham, Bournemouth and Everton in the Prem’s Summer Series.
Cunha’s initial participation has been in doubt after he posted hospital bedside pictures of his family, including his newborn daughter.

As expected, there was no place for the remaining members of the United “Bomb Squad”, with Jadon Sancho, Alejandro Garnacho, Antony and Tyrrell Malacia all left behind at Carrington.
But injured duo Andre Onana, recovering from a hamstring problem, and defender Lisandro Martinez, out since having cruciate ligament surgery in February, were on the flight.
Martinez will not be part of first-team training and has no chance of playing on tour as he continues his rehabilitation but his inclusion is a further hint that Amorim sees him as a major component of his side once fit again.
United continue to be linked with Aston Villa keeper Emi Martinez and Onana’s potential absence from the start of the Prem campaign may force their hand.
Marcus Rashford would have also been left behind, but he is now in Spain on the verge of completing a loan transfer to Barcelona.
Fans will also be excited to see a number of youngsters included in the names on the trip.
Among them are defenders Ayden Heaven, Tyler Fredricson, Reece Munro and new boy Diego Leon, whose arrival has prompted United chiefs to search for a loan club for Harry Amass.
Midfielders in the ranks include Sekou Kone and Jack Fletcher – son of new Under-18s lead coach and United cult hero Darren Fletcher.
Up front, Chido Obi, Ethan Williams and Bendito Mantato have all been included as well.
