Horror after man, 60s, dies in ‘fatal incident’ at Tayto Snacks’ Meath site as gardai and HSA launch probes

A MAN in his 60s has died following a fatal workplace incident at Tayto Snacks’ Meath site this morning. Emergency services rushed to Ashbourne today after the on-site incident involving an independent potato supplier employee.
