ROAD rage killer Kenny Noye has been caught speaking on camera for the first time since his release from jail – praising a painting of him sitting on a mountain of gold.
The notorious gangster, who spent almost 19 years locked up for an M25 slip road murder, hasn’t been filmed publicly speaking since walking free in 2019.

The painting was done by pal Stephen Mee in 2011
But a newly released video shows Noye, 76, heralding a portrait which makes light of his involvement in the Brink’s-Mat robbery dramatised in BBC series Gold.
The picture shows the infamous convicted criminal mischievously grinning while perched on a pile of gold bars as a smelter works in the background.
It even features a plane jetting off out the window – possibly alluding to him fleeing to Spain while on the run for the 1996 killing of Stephen Cameron, 21.
The original oil canvas is not for sale but prints are sickeningly available to buy online through the Saatchi Art website for £116.
It was painted in 2011 by drug kingpin Stephen Mee after Noye was moved to cushy prison Lowdham Grange, Notts.
The pair, who first met at HMP Whitemoor in 2002 before moving to HMP Full Sutton, were filmed speaking together about the painting.
Noye, wearing a beige long-sleeved polo shirt, said while holding a water bottle: “He’s done a good job.
“I mean he’s learnt a lot since we first met, got into art and he’s not stopped since. Still doing it. Now I’ve come here and the pictures are amazing.
“It means a lot to me because we’ve been together all those years and Steve’s come out to nothing and he’s making a go of it. Let’s hope he succeeds by selling quite a few paintings.
“I’ve seen some of the pictures when he first started painting – I think it was about 2010 – and he’s done very, very well.
“Practice makes perfect and that’s exactly what he’s done here. He’s done these pictures and done a remarkable job.
“It’s special because it’s Steve’s picture and it’s about me. Let’s hope he does well from it, you know.”
Mee, who completed a fine arts degree while inside, said: “Me and Ken spent about nine years together in prison so from the main thing to Full Sutton – Whitemoor, Full Sutton – and then I got moved to Lowdham Grange.
“Next thing you know, Kenny’s turning up at Lowdham Grange. That’s where we decided to do the portrait.
“Kenny sat for it at the time and we changed a few things on it to make it like a composite picture. We did the flooring.
“But it’s about the Brink’s-Mat in the background. He used to do a bit of smelting because he used to do a bit of gold, well, a lot of gold.”
Mee, 65, added: “Kenny’s followed me all the way through my degree course and everything – helped me all the way through my sentence. We trained together in the gym.”
The TikTok video comes after The Sun revealed Noye enjoyed a VIP night out at an Elvis tribute concert with EastEnders star Jessie Wallace.
The actress, who plays Kat Slater, was pictured at a bar in London’s O2 arena with the gangster who also once stabbed a cop to death.
Champagne flowed as they watched the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra perform tracks from a £200-a-head private box.
The unlikely pair are understood to have been introduced to each other at the event by a mutual pal.
Noye fatally stabbed police officer John Fordham, 43, in 1985, but was acquitted on grounds of self-defence.
DC Fordham had been keeping surveillance on Noye following the 1983 Brink’s-Mat bullion raid, for which he got 14 years’ jail for conspiracy to handle the gold.
The career criminal was jailed for life in 2000 for murdering Stephen Cameron but freed on lifer’s licence.
He is now believed to be living in Kent and developing properties.
