A BUSY motorway has been closed following a multiple vehicle crash involving two cars and two lorries.
Drivers are being delayed following the horror smash on the M20 in Kent during the early hours this morning.

National Highways confirmed the central reservation had been damaged during the collision.
As a result, a “large amount” of debris is scattered across the road, with three lanes closed heading westbound.
Pictures this morning showed the scale of the damage along the busy route.
Emergency crews are assisting with the clean up between Junction 9 for Ashford and Junction 8 for Maidstone.
KentOnline reported the crash happened at around 3:30am, involving two cars and two HGVs.
National Highways said: “The M20 in Kent is closed westbound between J9 (Ashford) and J8 (Maidstone) due to a multi-vehicle collision.
“Emergency services are on scene. National Highways Traffic Officers are also on scene providing assistance with traffic management.
“There is a large amount of debris across the carriageway and damage to the central reservation barrier.
“National Highways contractors will be attending to assist with clear-up works and repairs.
Diversion route
Road users are advised to follow the hollow square diversion symbol:
Leave the M20 at J9 onto Fougeres way and follow to the roundabout with the A20.
Take the 3rd exit onto the A20 heading west.
Follow the A20 through Charing, Lenham and Harrietsham back to the M20 J8 and rejoin the M20 westbound at J8 to continue your journey.
“If this closure impacts on your planned route, please allow extra journey time.
Drivers looking to travel westbound have been advised to follow the diversion.
Traffic is expected to clear up between 10.15 and 10.30 this morning.
National Highways thanked motorists for their patience while the incident is cleared up.
Earlier this month, the M20 was closed in both directions after a tractor fell more than 40ft from a bridge onto the carriageway.
The collision caused the road to come to a standstill between junction three, Addington, and junction two, Wrotham.
Cops confirmed that one man had to be airlifted to hospital after suffering serious injuries during the collision on August 18.
A tractor, which was attached to the back of a HGV, became detached from its trailer and fell onto the busy motorway beneath.
