MIKE TYSON has spoken for the first time since suffering a medical emergency on a plane to Los Angeles.
The 57-year-old became nauseous and dizzy on his plane yesterday after suffering what was believed to be a stomach ulcer flare-up.

He has now offered an update on his condition to concerned followers on X.

He is set to fight Paul on July 20 at the AT&T Arena in Arlington, Texas.
